As noted on the healthcare page in the Agenda section of our site, the right wing and their allies in the insurance industry are willing to do and say anything to stop President Obama's drive for health care reform. That extends to putting Shona Holmes on the air to tell a huge whopper about the Candadian health care system--one of the anti-reform forces' favorite stalking horses in the debate.

Turns out Shona had neither a tumor or brain cancer or a life threatening illness, but that doesn't stop her from saying so in an ad sponsored by Patients United (to lie like hell I guess) Now.
