The Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana Democratic Parties and the Mahoning/Trumbull AFL-CIO Labor Council are sponsoring a "Rally in the Valley" for a “get out the vote” (GOTV) on Tuesday, November 1st at the Mahoning Country Club, 710 East Liberty Street, Girard, Ohio, beginning at 6:00 PM. The public is invited.

"The three parties have not done an event like this in years and we are excited to bring the three parties together to help us defeat issue 2" David Betras stated. Betras is the chairman of the Mahoning County Democratic Party. "Along with Denny Johnson, Chairman of the Columbiana County Democratic Party, and Dan Polivka, Chairman of the Trumbull County Democratic Party, I welcome members of the general public. The event is free to general public provided they sign up to work one hour to phone bank or walk and knock between now and election night." Chairman Betras also said.
